Baxter & Woodman was built on a legacy of integrity and goodwill of its employees. In 2017, the firm launched a corporate 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization created to amplify the giving efforts of Baxter & Woodman employees and their families. B&W Cares supports the charities and causes that our employees are engaged with through payroll donations, corporate matches, and other fundraising efforts.
