Zubair Haider, PE joins Baxter & Woodman

Baxter & Woodman Welcomes Transportation Director Zubair Haider, PE

Zubair is a Professional Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in transportation design and project implementation. Most recently, he worked at the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) as the East Division Field Engineer, where he implemented statewide policies, procedures, training, and program management for the Chicago Department of Transportation, Chicago Park District, Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways, and Forest Preserve District of Cook County. Before joining IDOT, Zubair served as the Design and Consultant Services Manager for the Indiana Department of Transportation.

In his new role as a Transportation Director at Baxter & Woodman, Zubair will lead the firm’s Highway Department, assist clients with IDOT policy management, and promote business development in Chicagoland. His extensive experience in project implementation and IDOT policy will provide a valuable resource for our clients.
