Tocoi to Operate as Baxter & Woodman, Inc.
Tocoi Engineering will officially operate under the name Baxter & Woodman, Inc. effective July 1st, 2026. This transition follows the successful acquisition of Tocoi by Baxter & Woodman in December 2024 and further integrates the firm into Baxter & Woodman’s nationwide operations.
Since the acquisition, Tocoi has continued to provide the same high-quality services that clients in the Northeast Florida region have relied on.
