Municipal Services Engineer Joins Baxter & Woodman, Inc.

Mr. Brett Biwer, PE has joined Baxter & Woodman Inc. Consulting Engineers as a Municipal Services Engineer. Biwer brings 25 years of experience designing and managing projects for public and private entities. He specializes in site layout and grading and storm water management.

As part of Baxter & Woodman’s Municipal Services Department, Biwer will focus on identifying practical ways for government agencies to function most efficiently while making the most of their financial resources. He will also stay up-to-date on current state and federal regulations to provide expert guidance for our municipal clients.

Biwer has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Florida.
