Melissa Benton promoted to Human Resources Department Manager

Melissa Benton has been promoted to the position of Human Resources Department Manager. In her new role, Benton will oversee the functioning, quality control, and productivity of the Human Resources department.

Benton has been an integral part of the company since joining in 2017 as a Human Resource Generalist. As the Human Resources Department Manager, Melissa will ensure the firm’s talent management strategies align with its overall objectives.

Benton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
