Baxter & Woodman Promotes Matthew Moffitt PE, CFM to Water Resources Practice Lead
Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Moffitt to Water Resources Practice Lead.
Moffitt joined Baxter & Woodman in 2013 and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s Water Resources Department. He also played a key role in establishing Baxter & Woodman Natural Resources, expanding the firm’s capabilities to deliver sustainable solutions including detention basin design, wetland mitigation, native landscaping, and other natural resource projects.
Throughout his career at Baxter & Woodman, Moffitt has contributed to a wide range of water resources initiatives, including transportation drainage, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater infrastructure, green infrastructure, and watershed and ecological planning.
In his new role, Moffitt will lead the firm’s Water Resources Practice on a national level, guiding teams and projects that support resilient stormwater management and sustainable water resource solutions for communities across the country.
