Lake County Land Surveying Services
Baxter & Woodman provided land surveying services for the research, surveying and reporting of section and quarter section corner monumentation.
The project consisted of researching and obtaining recorded documents and plats from the Lake County Recorder’s office to identify the location of the corner monument, performing field survey, utilizing GPS and Total Station surveying equipment, to establish State Plane Coordinates and vertical elevation, GPS occupations, field sketches, and preparing monument recovery sheets for each monument surveyed.
