Hermann & Associates, is now part of Baxter & Woodman, Inc.

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. announces that Illinois-based engineering firm Hermann & Associates has joined the firm, strengthening its presence in central Illinois. Effective May 8, their office will operate as Hermann & Associates, a Baxter & Woodman company.

Founded in 2006 by Alicia Hermann, PE, the firm began in a spare bedroom with a vision to provide responsive, high-quality engineering services grounded in integrity and teamwork. Following Hermann & Associates’ 20-year anniversary, this next chapter reflects its continued growth and long-standing commitment to clients across Illinois.

Today, the firm is a trusted partner to municipalities, county agencies, and the Illinois Department of Transportation, with expertise in transportation and infrastructure projects. Clients will continue working with the same team, now supported by Baxter & Woodman’s broader technical resources.
