Green Civil Design, LLC to Operate as Baxter & Woodman, Inc.

Green Civil Design, LLC (GCD) will officially operate under the name Baxter & Woodman, Inc. effective December 1st, 2024. This transition follows the successful acquisition of GCD by Baxter & Woodman in December 2023 and further integrates the firm into Baxter & Woodman’s nationwide operations.

Since the acquisition, GCD has continued to provide the same high-quality water, wastewater, and site design services that clients in the Austin region have relied on, with leadership from GCD founders Kerri Peña, PE, Will Peña, PE, and Mike Bevilacqua, PE.
