Baxter & Woodman, Inc. announces that Florida-based engineering firm Goodson Bergen & Associates has joined the firm, strengthening Baxter & Woodman’s presence in Florida and expanding the services available to clients. Effective March 13th, 2026, their office will operate as GBA, a Baxter & Woodman company.
By joining another employee-owned firm, Goodson Bergen & Associates aligns with an organization that shares their long-term vision, commitment to clients, and culture of accountability. This structure supports thoughtful decision-making and reinforces the responsive, relationship-driven service clients expect.
Clients will continue working with the same trusted team while gaining access to Baxter & Woodman’s broader technical resources. As an Engineering News-Record Top 500 Design Firm with more than 80 years of experience and over 450 professionals, Baxter & Woodman brings expanded capabilities in transportation and structural engineering, GIS services, and construction administration. These additional resources support projects from planning through delivery, while reinforcing the long-standing services and culture of Goodson Berger & Associates.
