Cristin Emshoff promoted to Community & Urban Planning Department Manager
Baxter & Woodman, Inc. proudly announces the promotion of Cristin Emshoff, MUP, ENV SP to the position of Community & Urban Planning Department Manager. In this role, Emshoff will be instrumental in directing and overseeing planning processes, upholding quality standards, and fostering innovation within the department.
Emshoff joined Baxter & Woodman, Inc. in 2022, with 15 years of industry experience. Her ability to lead and inspire her team has been essential to her success at the firm.
Emshoff holds a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture with a minor in Business. She is deeply passionate about sustainable development. Her commitment is further reflected in her active participation in prominent associations like the American Planning Association (APA), Houston section of the Texas Chapter in the American Planning Association (HAPA), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Texas, and Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).
