Chief Marketing Officer Deborah Finn Announces Retirement
Deborah Finn, CPSM, has announced her retirement from Baxter & Woodman Inc., effective January 6th 2023. Finn joined the firm in 1994 as a Marketing Assistant. Through the years, she was promoted to many roles in the marketing department, including Coordinator, Manager, Director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
During her tenure as CMO, Finn established the firm’s marketing business practices and developed a department of professionals who support over 350 staff working from 13 regional offices. Under her marketing leadership, the firm’s client base expanded significantly. As the company grew on a national level, she played a key role in the acquisition, merger, and integration of firms from Florida and Texas.
Finn earned the designation of Certified Professional Services Marketer in 2006 from the Society of Marketing Professional Services. In 2009 she was elected to Baxter & Woodman’s Board of Directors where she served as Corporate Secretary since 2015.
