Baxter & Woodman Appoints Tom Mickow Vice President of Information Technology

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. announces the appointment of Thomas J. Mickow, MCP, as Vice President of Information Technology. In his new role, Mickow will provide strategic leadership, focusing on driving innovation in IT infrastructure, enhancing system security, and ensuring optimal technology operations for the firm.

Mickow has 34 years of IT expertise, specializing in programming, database design, networking, and IT management. As a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), he is highly skilled in operating systems, application servers, programming languages, and project leadership.

Since joining Baxter & Woodman in 2005, Mickow has managed the Information Technology department, leading key initiatives in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud migration.
