Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New Vice President
Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Hiscock to the position of Vice President.
As Vice President, he will oversee department managers and operations, guiding departmental activities to support the objectives set by executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Jeff Hiscock, PE, Stormwater – Florida: Jeff brings 40 years of experience in water management engineering, including stormwater pumping station design, GIS programming, and the use of advanced hydrology and hydraulics modeling to perform watershed assessments and basin flood‑routing analyses.
