Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New Vice Presidents

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Hiscock and Matt Moffitt to the position of Vice President.

As Vice Presidents, these leaders will oversee department managers and operations, guiding departmental activities to support the objectives set by executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Jeff Hiscock, PE, Stormwater – Florida: Jeff brings 40 years of experience in water management engineering, including stormwater pumping station design, GIS programming, and the use of advanced hydrology and hydraulics modeling to perform watershed assessments and basin flood‑routing analyses.

Matt Moffitt, PE, CFM, Water Resources – Illinois: Matt has 19 years of experience in the planning, analysis, modeling, design, bidding, and construction (including design‑build) of open and closed drainage systems, detention and retention facilities, native area restoration, roadways, utilities, and other civil site improvements, with a strong focus on sustainability and resiliency.
