Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New Vice President

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kerri Peña, PE, to Vice President.

Peña brings more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering, with a background in site civil design, project management, construction administration, and permitting. Her portfolio includes residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and site planning, as well as hydrologic studies, waterway modeling, and floodplain delineation.

Peña joined Baxter & Woodman through the acquisition of Green Civil Design, LLC, which began operating under the Baxter & Woodman name on December 1, 2024. Since joining the firm, she has played a key leadership role in supporting private development clients and advancing Baxter & Woodman’s land development capabilities.

In her new role, Peña will lead the firm’s Land Development Practice, focused on serving private development clients across a range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. She will also provide leadership oversight for the firm’s Community and Urban Planning services, aligning planning and engineering expertise to better serve clients.
