
Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New State Leads
Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of the following individuals: Pavel Hajda, Paul Siegfried, and Andy Zaletel.
Pavel Hajda, PhD, PE, Wastewater Technical Director: Pavel brings 37 years of experience in wastewater and water treatment, specializing in regulatory impact projections, NPDES and WPDES permit reviews, facilities planning, and the design of wastewater treatment plants.
As a Technical Director, Pavel will lead innovation and technical excellence, mentoring staff and driving best practices across projects.
Paul Siegfried, PE, CFM, CPESC, IL Water Resources State Lead: Paul brings over 18 years of experience in water resources engineering, specializing in stormwater design and floodplain management, working closely with municipalities to implement stormwater improvement projects and flood mitigation initiatives.
As a State Lead, Paul will be responsible for fostering client relationships and overseeing project delivery within Illinois.
Andy Zaletel, GISP, National Spatial Technology Business Development Director: Andy has 26 years of experience in GIS and resource analysis, specializing in custom application development, utility mapping, and data collection, assisting communities with web-based GIS solutions and infrastructure system surveys.
As the National Spatial Technology Business Development Director, Andy will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities across all Baxter & Woodman regions.
