Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New State Leads

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of the following individuals to the position of State Lead: Dave Hemmerich, Matt Moffitt, and Dan Schug.

Dave Hemmerich, WI Transportation: Dave has 22 years of civil engineering experience, providing comprehensive design and construction observation services for various infrastructure projects, and is well-versed in transportation-related studies and regulatory requirements.

Matt Moffitt, IL & WI Water Resources: Matt brings 19 years of experience in planning, analysis, modeling, design, bidding, and construction (including design-build) of open and closed drainage systems, detention/retention systems, native areas restoration, roadways, utilities, and other civil site, with a specific focus on sustainability and resiliency.

Dan Schug, IL Transportation: Dan is a skilled Project Manager with 20 years of experience in municipal and IDOT transportation projects, specializing in roadway design, traffic modeling, intersection improvements, bike paths, and federally, MFT, and locally funded project coordination.

State Leads are responsible for fostering client relationships and overseeing project delivery within their respective states. They play a critical role in aligning regional strategies with corporate goals, and ensuring the success of local operations.
