Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New Department Managers

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of the following individuals to the position of Department Manager: Molly Dease, Cecily Cunz, and Corey Van Dyk.

As Department Managers, these individuals will oversee the functioning, quality control, and productivity of their respective departments. They will be responsible for establishing and working toward strategic departmental goals, ensuring the continued success and growth of Baxter & Woodman.

Molly Dease, PE, CFM, Transportation Drainage: Molly brings 11 years of experience in water resource management, floodplain management, and stormwater engineering, specializing in stormwater infrastructure, streambank restoration, and flood mitigation projects in northern Illinois.

Cecily Cunz, AICP, Water Resources Planning: Cecily brings 14 years of experience in watershed and green infrastructure planning, specializing in developing watershed plans and securing grant funding for environmental restoration projects across the Midwest.

Corey Van Dyk, PE, CFM, ENV SP, Stormwater Resources: Corey brings 10 years of experience in water resources engineering, specializing in stormwater design, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, managing projects from neighborhood drainage studies to large-diameter storm sewer and detention basin design.
