Baxter & Woodman Announces Promotion of New Controller

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrea Stich to the position of Controller.

As Controller, Andrea will support the company’s financial operations, strengthen financial processes and systems, and help advance the practices that support Baxter & Woodman’s continued success and growth. She will work collaboratively across the organization to enhance financial reporting, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives.

Andrea has been with Baxter & Woodman for more than 20 years and currently serves as the Accounting Department Manager. She has extensive experience in financial operations, accounting processes, and organizational support, with a strong focus on improving systems and processes that enhance business performance.
