Baxter & Woodman Announces New Director Promotions

Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is pleased to announce Anita Mitchell, Zach Schuster, and Adam Stec have been promoted to Technical Directors, and Mark Siefert to Water Director. Directors lead innovation and technical excellence by mentoring staff and driving best practices across projects.

Anita Mitchell, PE, CFM – Transportation Drainage: Anita brings 36 years of project design experience spanning preliminary research, funding applications, Phase I and II drainage studies, drainage modeling and design, safety and barrier analyses, roadway profile design, plan development, quantity calculations, specifications, and permitting.

Zach Schuster, PE, PhD, CFM – Water Resources: Zach has 13 years of experience in floodplain and stormwater management and provides modeling, analysis, and design project support for public and private sanitary, stormwater, and water distribution systems

Adam Stec, PE, SE – Structural: With 23 years of experience, Adam specializes in structural planning and design for municipal infrastructure, including water facilities, bridges, retaining walls, and drainage structures, and has delivered numerous projects for local, county, and state agencies through various funding programs.

Mark Siefert, MPA – Illinois Water Director: A former Public Works Director, Mark has 16 years of experience leading public sector projects and municipal utility operations and holds IEPA certifications as a Class I Wastewater Operator and Class B Potable Water Operator. He will oversee Baxter & Woodman’s Potable Water and Operations Departments.
