Matt Moffitt, PE, CFM
VICE PRESIDENT - WATER RESOURCESMatt Moffitt, PE, CFM, leads our national Water Resources Practice, overseeing stormwater infrastructure, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, green infrastructure, and watershed planning initiatives. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Baxter & Woodman Natural Resources. Matt brings comprehensive project expertise spanning planning, analysis, modeling, design, bidding, and construction—including design-build—of both open and closed drainage systems, detention and retention facilities, native area restoration, roadways, utilities, and other civil site improvements. His work is grounded in a strong commitment to sustainability and resiliency.
Matt is an active participant in many industry organizations, including APWA, ACEC, IAFSM, and BACOG.
