VICE PRESIDENT - STORMWATERJeff Hiscock, PE serves as Vice President – Stormwater. He has extensive engineering management experience with a focus on water management engineering, stormwater pumping station design, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programming. He has successfully conducted watershed assessments and detailed basin flood-routing analyses using computational hydrology and hydraulics computer modeling and GIS.
Jeff has presented extensively on strategies and tools for assessing and managing sea‑level rise.
