John E. Richards III, PE, has joined Baxter & Woodman, Inc. as a Transportation Project Manager
John brings 13 years of engineering experience with transportation projects including sidewalk, bridge replacement, interchange, widening, and feasibility study projects. He will provide planning and design engineering services out of the firm’s Orlando office and assist with the expansion of the firm’s transportation services to better serve our clients throughout the entire Florida region.
