Baxter & Woodman is always looking for qualified candidates to intern over the summer months. In our Engineering Intern Program, you can be part of a team that shapes the future of our company. Our program allows students to enhance their education outside the classroom and gain practical, challenging, on-the-job experience. Interns learn about our diverse engineering concentrations by working side-by-side with Baxter & Woodman’s designers, field staff, and clients.

Co-Op Program

Baxter & Woodman’s Cooperative Education Program (CO-OP) gives college students an opportunity to receive career training with pay as they work with professionals in their major fields of study for up to 12 months. Similar to the internship program, Co-op’s gain valuable work experience in the field of civil engineering that enhances the students’ academic training.
